Triathlon Training – Week of 11/17/2014

This Week’s Training

Last week wasn’t too bad, but still battling a chest and head cold. The weather in New England has also hit full early winter. We saw some snow flakes and the temperatures dropped into the teens, 20’s, and 30’s. This rapid temperature drop coupled with the cold had me put in less runs than I wanted. I never got in my long-run. I did, however have some fantastic swims and a very long bike trainer ride. We’ll keep the intensity as I’m feeling my body acclimate to the increasing training load. This week we have:
